Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Biteyz. Because we sell food items, our refund / return policy has special conditions. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
1. Final Sale for Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales of Biteyz edible products are final and non-returnable, except under limited conditions in clause 2.

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for refund or exchange, unless the product meets the conditions under Clause 2 below.
Why: The FDA (and in general food-safety practice) prohibits re-selling or re-serving food that has been in possession of the consumer or outside controlled storage.
2. Refund / Replacement for Damaged, Defective, or Misrepresented Products
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit only if:

The product arrives damaged, spoiled, or visibly compromised (e.g., packaging broken, melt damage, contamination), or

The product is materially not as described (for example, you receive the wrong flavor or there is an undisclosed allergen), or
-
The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g. molding, rancid smell, etc.).
To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at [your support email].

Provide photos of the product, packaging, and damage or defect.

Provide your order number and delivery date.
We will review your claim, and if approved, we will either:

Issue a full or partial refund (via original payment method) within 7–14 business days, or
-
Send a replacement product (at our cost), or
-
Issue store credit for future purchase.
We reserve the right to require the damaged product (or packaging) be returned or disposed of, depending on the issue, before refund is processed.
3. No Returns for Change of Mind / Taste

Because Biteyz is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, dislike of flavor, or personal taste preference.

Please choose flavors carefully; we recommend starting with smaller sample / gift sets if you’re unsure.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

If the refund or replacement is due to our error (damage, misrepresentation, defect), we will also reimburse or pay for return shipping.

If a return is required (rare, under clause 2), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds for shipping fees (original shipping charge) will be granted only if the entire order is refunded.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

It may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We will notify you via email when the refund is initiated.
6. Limitations & Exceptions by Law

You are always entitled to a remedy if the product is defective, unsafe, or not as described, per federal and state consumer protection laws.

This policy does not override any state laws that require a longer refund period or prohibit “no refund” clauses. If your state or country mandates different consumer rights, those laws will supersede the terms here.
7. Recall / Safety Notices
In the event that Biteyz issues a product recall (e.g. due to contamination, shelf-life errors, or other safety risk), we will follow FDA guidelines and correct or remove the product. We may provide refunds, replacements, or instructions to return the product as required by regulation.
